Service Teams
Portico’s service teams are made up of generous volunteers who serve the church in meaningful ways, contributing to the flourishing of the whole church. Each of the following teams is crucial to our life together.

Portico Kids
This team helps our parents in discipling and caring for our children. Our teachers and aides have the privilege of passing the faith on to the next generation.
Prayer
This team meets at 9:00 a.m. before our Sunday worship services to pray for our church and for our world. All are welcome and invited to join this time of prayer! They also serve as intercessors during the Lord’s Supper each week.
Music
This team leads us to sing to the Lord and to each other! Our talented vocalists and musicians help the congregation to “sing God’s Word” each week.
Hospitality
This team helps ensure that everyone who walks through our doors feels welcome. Among other things, our volunteers prepare the Lord’s Supper and make sure we have coffee.
Production
This team works behind the scenes so the whole congregation can participate in worship. They run the slides, manage the sound, and operate our livestream–no prior experience needed!
